A 25-year-old chap whose studies of the Automation and Systems Technology have reached its final stages. Juhani is very fond with endurance sports and likes to travel - two hobbies, which can easily be combined. Juhani has charmed such locations as Nepal and Central America with his presence. During this trip, he is responsible for getting visas and maps. They also call him the Chuck Norris of border and customs formalities for a reason.

A 24-year-old student of Industrial Engineering and Management, who will be finishing his master's thesis once he's back home from this trip. This multitalent likes to spend his freetime among basketball, weight training and climbing. Lauri is responsible for the marketing of the journey.

Mikko Valtonen - mikko(at)smart-travel.org
Also a 24-year-old student of Industrial Engineering and Management close to graduating. Mikko is a pioneer of do-it-yourself travelling by car in Finland and has extensive knowledge of driving around the former Soviet states. Furthermore, Mikko is the owner of a company called Smart Travel which offers, undoubtfully, the cheapest rental cars in Finland. Mikko has been responsible for luring in the fourth member of trip to tag along.

Nissan "Nisse" Patrol
This 17-year-old is the youngest of the crew. He's by no means a rookie, though, and possesses the prestigious heritage of the great Nissan family. Having spent all his life on the road, Nisse has done extensive studies in the school of life, but is still far from graduating. When off duty, Nisse enjoys doing stand-up comedy and cruising in challenging terrains. During the trip, Nisse is responsible for getting into close-call situations and reaching the destinations.
